Coldframe is a Cornish brewery reconnecting beer with the land it comes from. Grain focused, we grow our own heritage barley, work directly with local farmers and are the first brewery in the UK to brew primarily with unmalted barley. Grain in its purest form, connected directly to the people who grow it and unaltered by industrial processing .

Inspiration is taken from farmhouse brewing, where beer was a natural extension of agriculture, made with what was on hand, shaped by the seasons, and deeply tied to place. By embracing raw grain and whole-leaf hops, we let our ingredients lead the way, creating beers that feel honest, rustic, and full of character.

We’re creating beers that are genuinely shaped by the landscape, distinctly Cornish, environmentally conscious and rooted in local agriculture. Every part of the story is real, specific and traceable, from field to glass.
