Online Shop & Shipping Policy
1. General
Welcome to Coldframe Brewery’s online shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Ordering
You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirement.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Payment
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Our delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are dispatched by either DHL or DX Express for next day delivery. If you purchase before 10am on any of our delivery days, we’ll aim to send your order out on the same day. We cannot guarantee this service with the courier as there are sometimes delays and problems we cannot control within the courier’s networks.
Shipping fee is £6.50 on orders below £60. Orders £60 and over will be shipped for free.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive deliveries containing alcohol.
5. Collect from the Brewery
If available, you can choose to collect your order from our brewery. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Orders can be collected without prior appointment on the following days:
Tuesday - 10am - 5pm
Friday - 10am - 5pm
Please contact us for collection on any other week day.
Please wait to receive a notification email that your order is ready to collect before coming to the brewery.
Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID for age verification.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order! If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:- You have 21 days from delivery to request a return.
- Returned products must be in their original condition: Beer must be unopened and undamaged. Merch must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging (where applicable)
- Return shipping is at your own expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Returns should be sent to: Unit 9A 7 Restormel Ind Est, Liddicoat Road, Lostwithiel, Cornwall, PL22 0HG.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
- If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us for assistance.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours.
- Email orders@coldframebeer.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
